Delivery, Handled Properly
U.S. orders in the lower 48 ship for a flat $15, carried by UPS, and arrive in 5–8 business days. Express delivery arrives in 2–3 business days for a flat $30. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories ship for a flat $80, standard service only. Join the list and standard U.S. shipping on your first order is complimentary. International delivery is a flat rate by region — $150 to Canada, $172.50 to Europe and the United Kingdom, and $210 to Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and the Middle East — with any applicable duties and taxes the responsibility of the recipient.
Every order is processed and placed with UPS within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday.
Our Returns Promise
Returns are welcome within 30 days of delivery, and exchanges on U.S. orders are complimentary, with up to two exchange rounds per order, each covering as many pieces as needed. Approved refunds post to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days. Final-sale pieces and gift cards are not eligible for return, and original shipping charges are not refundable. Pieces should come back unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with tags attached. Orders cannot be modified once placed.
We reserve the right to decline an exchange or refund where we suspect misuse of this policy.
Gifting, Done Right
Buying for someone else? Our complimentary exchanges extend to gift recipients, who can simply write to cowboylawclothing@gmail.com with the purchaser’s or recipient’s name, no order number required, and we’ll arrange the exchange with a prepaid label. Add a gift note at the cart and we’ll include it with the order.
The Original Packaging
Please return pieces in their original packaging with tags intact, as it protects the garment in transit and keeps your return eligible.
