Delivery, Handled Properly

U.S. orders in the lower 48 ship for a flat $15, and standard delivery arrives in 5–8 business days. Express delivery arrives in 2–3 business days for a flat $30. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories — including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands — ship for a flat $80, standard service only; express delivery is not available to these destinations. Join the list and standard shipping on your first U.S. order is complimentary. International delivery is a flat rate by region: $150 to Canada, $172.50 to Europe and the United Kingdom, and $210 to Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and the Middle East. International clients are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes.

Every order is processed and placed with the carrier within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday.

Peak Periods & Releases

Limited releases and the weeks around major holidays draw more orders than usual. Processing may run a day or two beyond our normal window during those stretches; we post notice on the site when it does.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed

Once a parcel leaves us, it is in the carrier's hands, and delivery estimates are theirs rather than ours. If tracking stalls for more than 7 days, write to us and we'll open a carrier trace. If tracking shows delivered but the parcel isn't there, tell us within 7 days — check with neighbors and your building first, as parcels are often scanned early. We'll work the claim with the carrier and, where a trace comes back unresolved, we'll replace the piece or refund it. Orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout are not covered.

Order Issues

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout — we cannot take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If your order arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are welcome within 30 days of delivery, and exchanges on U.S. orders are complimentary — see our Refund Policy for the full terms.
