Delivery, Handled Properly

Complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $70. Orders under $70 ship for a flat $8. Standard delivery arrives in 5–8 business days; express delivery arrives in 2–3 business days for a flat $15. International delivery is available to select countries, with carrier rates presented at checkout — international clients are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes.

Every order is processed and placed with the carrier within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. One note of candor: the complimentary-shipping threshold applies to your subtotal after any codes are applied.

Peak Periods & Releases

Limited releases and the weeks around major holidays draw more orders than usual. Processing may run a day or two beyond our normal window during those stretches; we post notice on the site when it does.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed

Once a parcel leaves us, it is in the carrier's hands, and delivery estimates are theirs rather than ours. If tracking stalls for more than 7 days, write to us and we'll open a carrier trace. If tracking shows delivered but the parcel isn't there, tell us within 7 days — check with neighbours and your building first, as parcels are often scanned early. We'll work the claim with the carrier and, where a trace comes back unresolved, we'll replace the piece or refund it. Orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout are not covered.

Order Issues

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout — we cannot take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If your order arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are welcome within 30 days of delivery, and exchanges on U.S. orders are complimentary — see our Refund Policy for the full terms.
